I decided last night to make some changes. I mean after all, if we don't keep changing the zombies will eventually figure us out and get us! I even found a training manual for them at the library! More on that later though.
But I don't intend to diet for the rest of my life, but I will be following one for a little while. I am really enjoying my exercise, but it isn't enough. I must get a handle on the foods I am eating and the portions I am eating and I seriously need some help. So this will take a little more though, but I'll be trying.

Have you tried Slimming World? I'm unable to exercise just now but see an average of 2 pounds per week approx which is marvellous .. do you have Slimming World where you are?
It's more a way of eating than a diet though and portion sizes for most things aren't resticted... my hubby sometimes eats seconds AND thirds of dinner and he's still losing weight and is in ideal weight range now *seethe* lol
I love your little crochet cat toys on your craft blog... you're very talented... not quite sure where the zombies come in but I'm sure it will click later in my head.. prob about 3am when most things come into my head hehe

Thank you about my kittie toys! I really adore crafting. Also, the zombies... it will probably make more sense if you keep reading. I don't mention them in every post, but consider it to be motivation, comically or otherwise. :)
